Data Collected: We collect your name, mobile phone number, IP address at opt-in, and consent timestamp solely for the purpose of delivering SMS laundry session reminders.

Use of Data: Your phone number is used exclusively to send scheduled laundry session reminders via SMS. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties except Twilio, our SMS delivery provider.

SMS Frequency: You will receive up to 2 SMS messages per scheduled laundry session: one 48 hours prior and one on the morning of the session.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS to immediately cancel all future messages. You may also contact us to request removal.

Data Safety (Android): Phone number collection is declared as "Required for Notification Services" in the Google Play Store Data Safety section.

Retention: Your data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. Upon opt-out, your record is deactivated and no further messages are sent.
